Stephen Lander, pictured below, head of Soca, is 'deeply frustrated' by the ban on naming serous criminals,
Yes you have read it corectly we can no longer name and shame serious criminals as under Article Eight of Labour's Human Rights Act it could infringe their human rights, this makes tracking them by The Serious Organised Crime Agency extrremly difficult, I have to wonder what about the human rights of their victims?
