after sitting in my front yard for 19 months it was time to start Mad Micks Jeep,
it is a Mitsubishi Willy's which finished it's military service in Sattahip in the mid 80's, Mick has owed it for over two and a half years, in that time he and his wife have driven to Laos and back with no problems, they will going in it to Lao again in the next month or so,
a quick battery charge, some petrol and it was all systems go!
the heart of the Jeep,
it goes! notice the spinning fan blades,
a slight tinkle with the carb,
basic but rock solid!
it is the off!
could really do with power steering!
tight corner, but luckily missed the house, 
nearly there,
ariel in place,
made it at last,
a quick wash and brush up, and it is as good as new!
but there was just one problem, the hose that transmits a signal to the oil pressure gauge split, so the yard looks a bit like the Exon Valdes!
