'Cheers!' from us with a glass of red wine,
this week for Diana gammon ham and pork, for me the same but with lamb as well, it was all delicious, also included in the 199 baht all you can eat menu is a serving of ice cream, but as I mentioned last week be early if you particularly want the lamb as it runs out fast,
we sat at the front of the restaurant this week opposite the Pink Lady restaurant, which was empty, after the meal watching local characters walk past,
the view from the restaurant looking towards Second Road,
after lunch I did a water change on both of the larger aquariums,
then helped with the evening meal, (staged shot),
for our first DVD of the evening, Pirates of the Caribbean, Dead Man's Chest, second in the for us very enjoyable series, next week the third episode, then a piece of good news it appears that work has started on episode 4, which I hope will be even better yet,
then on to two Cadfaels firstly The Devil's Novice, Cadfael is sure the unlikely novice Meriet is hiding a secret, and when a missing bishop's envoy is found dead, Meriet takes the blame, Cadfael must discover who Meriet is protecting and who is the real murderer, followed by A Morbid Taste for Bones, Cadfael and a deputation of monks from Shrewsbury are dispatched to Wales to recover the remains of martyred St. Winifred over the objections of the local lord and residents, the impasse is solved by Cadfael in a unique way, then to bed, up early tomorrow to have a crown put back and a slight gum infection treated.
