so off to the Kodak shop,
it was market day, so Pattaya Tai was pretty crowded,
the entrance to the market packed,
as was the car park,
at the Friendship supermarket,
so inside for our Christmas turkey,
I wobbled over to Nick and Maureen's with it, the bike was quiet one sided,
next time I see this it will be on a plate!
at the rear of the outlet is the service centre, I explained that when the camera says 'open the flash' on the screen for nighttime or indoor shots I open the flash but it does not work, luckily the assistants spoke good English, so I filled a booking in form with my name, address and phone number, excreta, I asked if there was any chance of having the camera repaired in a couple of weeks for Christmas, I could not believe the answer, that it might take Panasonic 2 months to advise the price, two months just for a quote as to how much it will cost?
all I can say is there must be a huge amount of Panasonic products that go wrong if it takes 2 months for a quote, so we are now using one of our old pocket cameras, which may or may not turn on and using the zoom switches it off! for the cost of repair it is just not worth repairing it which is why I bought the new camera, I just hope Panasonic get a move on, speaking of things going wrong my computer has just decided to go on strike, it will not send a signal to the monitor so I guess this week if it does not change it's ways or next the Wattana Computer shop will be sending round one of their technicians when I call them, meanwhile I am using Diana's lap top,
off to the market for some small oranges to munch on,
and some fresh grapes,
a quick look at the market and we were home, after our evening meal we watched Casino Royal, followed by Fargo the television series, each episode better than the last, so many twists and turns not to mention surprises, the problem is we just want to watch them all! so anyway at midnight we were off to bed.
