Chocolate Is Nice,

 in any of its normal colours, light, dark or white,


but now there is a new chocolate colour on the block, with the colours of a rainbow, without the addition of any colourants, how neat is that? a group of scientists from ETH Zurich and FHNW University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland have found a way to imprint a special structure on the surface of the chocolate to create a targeted colour effect, and recently filed a patent for this process, it really is a fascinating story of how 2 groups, working literally next door to each other, but in different divisions of the company, started a chat over a coffee, for the full read have a look here.
