We Had A Lazy Day On Wednesday,

but it was out on the town in the evening,

and time for Diana to try on one of her new dresses,

and then on to the Beer Kitchen for our evening meal,

steak and mushrooms for Diana, steak and onions for me, 488 baht in total, when we had finished our meal about 8.15 Walking Street seemed quite crowded,

both to the right and here looking to the left,

we called in to see Tom, although he no longer owns the bar he called in to say Hi to the new owners so we meet him there, two major changes since Tom left, prices had gone up, for instance Jay's glass of red wine up from 140 to 160 baht, but worse than that a new sound system had been installed, after an hour of trying to talk and listen to people I gave up and went to see Juu in Champions,

later we were joined by Doc. Jeff along with Jay and Precil, the music thankfully was not to loud, so we caught up on all of the local gossip, also going back to the music there were many songs that we recognized, Juu's DJ seems to be able to look at the type of customers he has and play the music accordingly, for instance when the sailors from say Cobra Gold are in town it is all songs from the modern charts, rapping and such, when old guys are there he plays 70/80's songs, a pity other DJ's can not do the same, then home to watch part 2 of To Play The King, second of the House Of Cards trilogy, then off to bed.
