First Thing I Was Out For A House Blessing,

so I am a bit late with the blog today, but here we go, firsts stop the post office, a letter that is not ours keeps getting delivered to us, so I was again going to take it to the post office, completely forgetting it was constitution day so it was closed, but not to worry, we planned on having breakfast at the Surf Kitchen anyway, it was so busy we had to park the bike around the corner, but I took a picture of a mobile fruit stall which I would have not seen if we parked outside,

we had to sit inside as the street side tables were taken,

Diana had a club sandwich,

for a change I had a crab salad,

and nice it was too, with 2 ice coffees 285 baht,

Diana wanted to put some plants in the front garden, so we drove along Sumkivitt to a plant nursery just before Pattaya Floating market on the same side,

lots to chose from,

I was tempted by the orchids,

there were so many,

some of the bromeliads looked nice too,

especially this one that was flowering,

Diana chose 4 of these, I do not know what they are called, also 2 bougainvillea plants,

Miss Greenfingers at work,

then time to go out, so glad rags on,

Slim Jim very kindly wanted to treat us all for a meal at Cherries, next to him Mark and Mike,

bread and complementary starter,

Riza, Anchisa and Diana,

then some salad from the well stocked salad bar,

then racks of bar-b-q ribs, as many as you can eat,

the girls loved them!

everyone was all smiles,

the meal was excellent as usual, more surprising was that every table was taken, a testament to how good the food is here,

then the desserts,

by now any pretence at being on a diet had totally gone out of the window! then back to 388 for a midnight nightcap, once again many thanks to Slim Jim for a lovely meal then for us off to bed, I have to get up early in the morning.
