call for a taxi,
and off to Cherry's,
we had arranged to meet one of the readers of our blog there that we had met last week, as we were waiting Diana just had to have a snack on some of the fresh bread,
then it was on to the starters, firstly salad and some garlic mussels,
I had pretty much the same but with some beetroot,
next on to the starters proper,
followed by the main course,
'Cheers!', from me as I decided on another plate of starters instead of a main course,
the food as usual was delicious, as an aside the part of the restaurant we were in at the back of Cherry's from the 15th of July be serving the International buffet every night, whilst the now being refurbished front of the restaurant will cater for diners wishing to eat à la carte, (according to the menu),
then on to Diana's favorite part of the meal, the desserts,
there were so many things to tempt us,
we were spoilt for choice,
second trip to the desserts,
for me I was still enjoying the starters,
then on to my dessert, a raspberry treat,
and one last ice cream, we then went back to 388 and spent the rest of the evening chatting away,
but during the day we watched Amadeus, the court musician Antonio Salieri from a mad house, recounts the story of how he tried to to take revenge, over the Lord favoring Mozart, such a vulgar creature, to be his instrument, but of course the truth is slightly different, we had watched this movie before but just as enjoyable the second or third time around,
then to another we had watched before, Time Bandits, Kevin, an imaginative child, goes on a time-travelling adventure with a bunch of treasure-hunting dwarves, who have "borrowed" a map to the Universe's time holes from The Supreme Being, so many famous stars in this film, but after our chat late into the evening our guest left and for us it was off to bed.
