the car was then returned to its original two-seater Grand Prix specification by historic racing specialist, Rod Jolley, sadly Jack passed away before it's completion, after being exhibited at Haynes Motor Museum in Somerset, it has been decided to sell the car through the auction house of Bonhams, as part of its annual sale of Collectors’ Motor Cars and Automobilia at Goodwood Festival of Speed on 1 July 2011, it has attracted a pre-sale estimate of £400,000 – 500,000, would I like it? you bet! but in all fairness I would prefer someone to buy it and continue to use it where it belongs, on a race track.
