so we had made plans to go out,
we started our walk through the park,
to the railway station, changing trains at Bromley and on wards,
going past the Russian submarine, U-475 Black Widow, in the River Medway at Rochester,
it was a long train ride,
Steve kindly picked us up from the station, then it was a forthcoming birthday and Christmas all rolled into one!
Steve's garden looking as immaculate as ever,
and look at the size of the sunflower, it was huge!
as was the one next to his garden shed,
Steve has a passion for growing indoor plants,
and increasing his plants by taking cuttings,
and propagating them,
time for our meal, chicken and lamb kebabs, with salad and chutney,
Diana wide awake now!
Steve as happy as ever,
then our main course, and what a feast it was,
beef stew with all of the trimmings,
which was delicious, we than had a long break, so I had a look at one of Steve's aquariums, this one with a yabby,
and this one his community aquarium,
our desserts,
were a feast in itself,
we had another long break, chatting the afternoon away, then another real treat, cheese and biscuits, with Diana's favorite, giant sized Toblerone,
and a surprise as Alan arrived,
and this is what he arrived on,
his Triumph 2.3 litre triple cylinder Rocket III, which is amazing as our Jaguar only has a 2.2 liter engine,
and amazingly the new Rocket III has a 2.5 liter engine! we said our farewells to Alan, before Steve dropped us off at the station, many, many thanks to Steve for all of his hard work into making our day so nice,
a quick pose and we were on our way home, feet up for one from New Tricks, a Silent Witness and we were off to bed.
