We Spent The Day Watching Some Of The Television Programs We Had Downloaded,

we had watched some of the titles together in the UK the last year, also Mark called round for a few cups of tea and a chat, Philip called in as well, he kindly brought over some DVDs that we had ordered in the UK, we have purchased some over here in the past, but the translation to English for the subtitles is worse than useless in many of the DVDs, also the price of DVDs in the UK has fallen so much it makes more sense to buy them there, but on to the evening, all dressed up and ready to go,
we decided to eat at one of the Indian restaurants this evening, but a photo call first,
but at the last moment a change of dress for Diana, black was the new white!
into the Secrets taxi,
to Alibaba, in Central Road,
a new sign has been fitted outside,
in Russian, so I guess the owners noticed the demography of their customers is changing,
the reception area has had a face lift,
but it was soon 'Cheers!', from me as we tucked into prawn puri and chicken chat,
after a suitable gap in time we ordered our main course,
peas palow rice, chicken jaifrezi and chicken tikka, I had more than a few glasses of wine, Diana had a vanilla slushy, the bill came to 1,600 baht or close to that, but we were full!
Diana had a quick pose on the stairs that had a few new pots of gold and jewels on them, then home to watch a few more episodes of Antiques Road Trip and Flog It, which we both really enjoy, but I have to say in one of them some one was selling a small milk jug in the shape of a cow, the tail had been repaired many times one of its horns was missing, if I saw it in a jumble sale I would not have bought it even for £1.00, at auction it went for £1,400!, just goes to show what I know about antiques, with that for us it was time for bed.
