There Did Not Seem To Be Anything That We Found Interesting, Amusing Or Just Plain Weird,

in the news today,

 so on with today's post, first thing Diana gave me a haircut, so my head is now called her 'crystal ball', then we were out for our Sunday lunch,

 Mr. Tony very kindly gave us a lift, so we parked in Soi Lenkee opposite the China Garden,

 and made our way to Soi Bukaow,

 crossing it in to Soi Diana,

 then on the right just before LK Metro The Robin's Nest, our venue for the day,

and who should we see walking towards us? none other than Russ who we had arranged to meet there along with Slim Jim,

apart from the excellent value for money and quality of the food served here there is a full line up sports shown on large new flat screen televisions,

 

after my glass of medicinal red wine, we went to the 249 baht 3 course carvery, we omitted the soup and started with the main course,

with so many meats to choses from, beef, pork, gammon ham, chicken, sausages wrapped in bacon, meat balls and cottage pie,

not to mention onions, stuffing and Yorkshire puddings, plus a full selection of vegetables,

we were spoilt for choice,

'Cheers!', from all of us,

after a break it was time for desserts,

ice cream all round,

and another glass of red wine for me,

Lee the owner/manager of the restaurant was having a chat with one of the many customers,

then it was coffee time, I have to admit I enjoy a latte coffee, here they for me make the perfect one,

so perfect I had two of them!

Slim Jim in the distance,

delicious, the Robin's Nest has everything for a great meal, not just on Sunday's there are specials every day plus a 179 baht menu, if you have not been there give it a try, 

then it was time to leave, we all wished Slim Jim a safe trip as he is going to the States for a short trip and to Russ who we will be seeing again next week, then back home for some satellite television till we said our goodbyes to Mr. Tony, then for us we were off to bed.
