Riza with her in bus book,
all to soon time to sleep the trip away,
over the Friendship bridge and into Lao,
Mabel and Riza in the back of a 3 wheeler, all the girls went out for the day after dropping off their passports at the embassy,
but it then turned into a shopping trip, well no surprises there then!
but first the embassy, number 206 on the board,
the girls got 351, so more than a bit of a wait, slight delay to the shopping!
the wait must have seemed endless,
but after that it was time for food in a roadside restaurant, but it was near the hotel, 100 baht for a bowl of noodles it was not cheap,
then off to bed, the three girls shared a room to keep the cost down,
the next day shopping (again) then for the evening meal they went to this riverside restaurant,
and of course some cocktails to wash away the rigours of all that shopping!
then the girls got ready to party the rest of the night away, it was disco time,
this is the hotel they stayed at, the room was 1,200 as there were three of them sharing a room,
and Diana ready to pick up the passports the next day,
by all accounts the hotel was nice, Diana said it was better than the hotel we stayed in last time we were in Lao,

Cool photos Stan; looks like a good trip.
Dear Issarat, glad you liked the pictures, the girls all seemed to have a good time and all came back with a few bits of shopping they had picked up, Diana has a new handbag and I guess Riza and Mabel bought a few things to, best regards, Stan and Diana.
