and some mince beef,
and mash some potatoes,
meanwhile I am doing my bit, polish the table and place the table mats and cloth,
baked and nearly ready,
then time to serve,
the fish were full of interest, as we do not normally sit at this table, we use the small table in front of the TV for our evening meal,
most other times when we go near to the tank it is to feed them,
"Cheers!" from both of us, again Diana excelled with her cooking, it was so delicious,
the meal was made complete with this bottle of excellent Vino Fontana from Spain, many thanks to Richard, Beth and James, it was imported to the Philippines by Bodegas Williams & Humbert, who also produce it in Spain, and if you want a description of this wine go here,
after the main course we had a desert similar to a creme brulee but without the brunt sugar on the top, so not really a creme brulee, but I do not know the proper name for it, we bought in Friendship and then some fresh fruit, after that feet up and watch a little television, Diana has already got the cook book out for next Sunday, who knows what will be cooking next week!
