Another Very Wet Saturday,

so feet up and watch a few DVD's, first a version in part told by Hitler's secretary Traudl Junge of the last days in the bunker and the madness of the last days of the war, Downfall, a harrowing, though well made semi-documentary, all I can say is watch it and make your own minds up about it, no two people I feel will have the same view due too the subject matter, it is in German with English subtitles,
then a Sherlock Holmes, but with a difference, the same story the Hound of the Baskervilles in this one, but the hero played by Matt Frewer, who I almost prefer over Jeremy Brett, I had almost forgotten that I had seen Max as Max Headroom, in the show of the same name,
then to a couple of Diana's favorites Serial Killers, first Colin Ferguson, the Long Island Railway Massacre, he went on a killing spree in the few minuets it lasted 6 people lay dead with 16 injured, what made the case even more bizarre was that he then went on to defend himself, he claimed that a white man had taken his gun from his bag under his seat, then shot everyone, he was found guilty,
then I guess one that many of us remember, the killing of Ginni Versace, by Andrew Cunanan, that eventually led to Cunanan killing himself, I forgot to mention that Mark called in during the afternoon to have a chat about stamps and how the ones we collect are rising in price amongst other things,
we are now on to disc's three and four of Tales of the Unexpected, we both really enjoyed the episode Taste, it really was an unexpected ending, not saying the others were not but this one caught us both out, then off to bed.
