Diana Was Cleaning The House,

so I put on a DVD to while away the time,
the Kingdom of Heaven, it is the time of the Crusades during the Middle Ages - the world shaping 200-year collision between Europe and the East, a blacksmith named Balian has lost his family and nearly his faith, the religious wars raging in the far-off Holy Land seem remote to him, yet he is pulled into that immense drama, a great epic film, we had watched it before and I know I will watch it again, one of the great lines in the film, 'what is Jerusalem worth? nothing, everything,'

then the rain exploded with a mighty crash, wait a moment, that is a line from Band On The Run, speaking of which the 1973 release is being re-released on 1st, November,

I wonder if they will use the same cover? spot the stars/actors on it if you can!
but back to me taking a picture of the storm that was eventually directly over head, whilst outside this butterfly decided to pay a visit to us,
and very nice it was too,
I managed to get a couple of shots before I got soaked,
I cropped these using Microsoft office picture manager,
then it was time to get ready for our evening meal,
Eric and Chanel called round for a drink or two then we were off in the Secrets taxi,
<><><><>
to Ali BaBa the Indian resturaunt in Pattaya Central Road about 150 meters from the beach end of it,
two lovely ladies that accompianed Eric and myself,
three waiters four dinners, that is service - and with a smile!
so much food and Diana was on a diet!
then home feet up, another one from the Bond box, Die Another Day, Bond, starting off in North Korea, is betrayed and captured, 14 months later, Bond is set free, but traded for Zao who was captured by MI6, when back in his world, Bond sets off to track down Zao, then off to bed, but before that here are the people on the front cover of Band On The Run, caught in the spotlight of a prison searchlight, they are: Paul and Linda McCartney, (of course), guitarist and pianist Denny Laine,
Michael Parkinson (chat-show host and journalist)
Kenny Lynch (actor, comedian and singer)
James Coburn (actor)
Clement Freud (columnist, gourmet, raconteur, Member of Parliament, Just a Minute panelist and grandson of Sigmund)
John Conteh (Liverpool boxer who later became World Light-Heavyweight champion)
