Regular Readers Will Remember Over The Years,

we occasionally treat ourselves to some chocolates,

made by Ocelot, in Edinburgh, we used to have a box shipped out to us when we lived in Thailand, and as a regular customer we receive the occasional e-mail from them, a few days ago this one arrived:

To mark World Poetry Day and the Spring Equinox, we share with you Christina Rossetti's celebration of the simple perfection of colour.

Colour

by Christina Rossetti

What is pink? a rose is pink
By a fountain's brink.
What is red? a poppy's red
In its barley bed.
What is blue? the sky is blue
Where the clouds float thro'.
What is white? a swan is white
Sailing in the light.
What is yellow? pears are yellow,
Rich and ripe and mellow.
What is green? the grass is green,
With small flowers between.
What is violet? clouds are violet
In the summer twilight.
What is orange? Why, an orange,
Just an orange!

I have just looked in our refrigerator, there are still 2 bars waiting for us from our last order, yummy!
