We Did Not Do Much Today,

I have been feeling a little under the weather, sore throat and a runny nose, with a head ache, not life threatening just a mild cold, but apart from seeing friends that called round I really did not want to do anything to the railway, just feet up watch TV and snooze in the boring bits! but then to the soup stalls for our evening meal, although the stall was busy there were not many customers on the ground, also the bug lady was not there so we had to go to the other market, the good news about that is that it meant we could pick up some boiled sweet corn and fresh pineapple for later,
Diana at the sweet corn stall,
mission complete, then home to watch a couple of DVD's,
the first a HD DVD, Van Helsing, great special effects if you are into this genera of movies,
then the last 2 episodes of I, Claudius, what a great series even after all of these years, consider it was made in 1976! I wonder if Robert Graves who wrote the first part in 1934, ever thought it would still be so popular today, then time for bed as it was by now just past 2 in the morning, Tuesday off to the market, so a early start before it gets to crowded.
