an hour or so later after he left we could barely see the second condominium in the distance,
the rain howled in,
in waves and sheets, it was an amazing rainstorm, just as well we did not go to the beach today!
in the early evening it had cleared,
so glad rags on and we were off to Cherry's for our evening meal,
great news for Diana, it Sonny's birthday, one of her brothers,
so a family party for all,
back to the restaurant, I had a look at what was on offer,
starters,
including sushi,
spicy squid salad,
soup of the day, pumpkin,
18 or so covered dishes,
carvery and pizza station,
on to desserts,
and plenty of them,
and seven flavours of ice cream to go with them all,
so eyes down and tuck in,
tonight we were joined by Mark and Jim,
later one of the waiters kindly took our picture,
we all made our choices and this was mine for the main course,
Mr.Tony and Jim strike the pose,
as a treat I ordered a lobster bisque soup, it was delicious,
we chatted the evening away and were with just 3 exceptions the last group in the restaurant, we said our goodbyes to Mark, then very kindly Mr. Tony dropped us off near ourcondominum where we said our farewells to him and Jim, a quick look at the sea in the distance and we were soon home, where it was feet up for a few more from Columbo and we were off to bed.
