a Jedi seeking revenge? I think not, and so did George Lucas, in December 1982, Lucas decided that 'Revenge' was
not appropriate, as a Jedi should not seek revenge and returned to his original
title, by that time thousands of "Revenge" teaser posters (with
artwork by Drew Struzan) had been printed and distributed, Lucasfilm stopped
the shipping of the posters and sold the remaining stock of 6,800 posters to
Star Wars fan club members for $9.50, so the movie was retitled, but here is the thing, how many 'Revenge' posters are still out there? well this one is being sold by Sotheby's, so we will see how many more are then offered for sale when the hammer falls on this one, the guide price? the estimate is between £1,400 and £2,600, if only I was a Star Wars fan, I might have one in the attic!
