After Breakfast,

we were out,

 walking towards the mansion,

I hope the still living tree is not upset by his friends and possibly relatives chopped to pieces at it's feet, I mean roots,

 the mansion house,

all of the stalls from yesterday now packed up and gone,

 so many walks,

and we will go towards Elmstead Woods,

the path leads downhill, we had not waked out of the park this way before,

looking back the view from where we had come from,

the entrance flanked by the two gate houses

one locked up, it is so small,

the second larger, and it looks like it could be a cosy home for someone,

and this where we are walking to,

Homebase, for a few things like filler for the walls where I have taken out screws that once held a television, and to plug the hole where the newly positioned entry telephone is, also to pick up a colour chart for the touch up paint, to go over the filler,

looking around I noticed a new batch of heaters had arrived,

 and what fabulous colours,

 they were,

the moors and hills of Scotland must look,

 an absolute picture,

 at the moment,

 with these almost,

 never ending colours,

sweeping their way across the moorland,

OK, I will let you into a secret, these are all artificially coloured, but do not tell anyone, or they might not sell, and Homebase might be upset with me for letting the public know!

in the evening Steve called round with an early Christmas gift, a coffee machine, so off tomorrow to buy some coffee beans, after he left we had our evening meal, a few games of cribbage, some Antiques Road Shows, and lastly our film for the evening Riddick (2013), and with the end of that we were off to bed.
