For Myself I Have Never Believed In Organic Farming,

it just seemed to me to be a way of adding money to the product,

and now I have read an article about how much plastic organic farmers put into the ground, I will definitely never buy any organically grown food, it appears that they put more plastic into the ground than conventional farmers, why? because to be a organic farm you can not use pesticides, from the article, 'sustainability-minded shoppers might not be aware that many organic farmers — like their conventional farming neighbors — also rely on plastic. It's spread over the ground as a form of mulch to suppress weeds, conserve water and aid plant growth', so an organic farm has to use as much or more plastic than a conventional one, and where does all of the plastic go? into a landfill! so it appears to me by buying organically grown food you are promoting the use of plastic not reducing it! for a full read of the article in The Salt, have a read here.
