first to arrive were Jay and Pricil,
next to arrive was Mr. Tony, he has a wealth of funny stories and is always a delight to listen to,
Tom, Eric and English Geff and his Filipino girlfriend Honey Mae also called round,
Big Jim was also here, and he remembered the bet from last year, you or may not know I was smoking 2-3 packs of cigarettes a day, well Big Jim said if I could give up for a year he would donate 10,000 baht to the orphans charity that Steve supported when he was alive, well next Sunday the time is up, so he very kindly gave me the 10,000 baht this week, so next Sunday we will pop in and give them the cash or meet with them in Care Fore and buy food for the kids there, a big "Thank You" to Big Jim,
Diana, Pricil and Honey Mae,
Eric brought along a bottle of Martins Road, from the Tiers Wine Company and very nice it was to!
Eric making sure that there was no favoritism in the measures!
unfortunately the table got more than it's fair share!
Mike and Riza also called in,
so Riza, Diana, Pricil and Honey Mae all had spaghetti bolognese,
Mr. Tony had 40 winks,
Diana was happy with a huge piece of chocolate,
all to soon it was time to go, Booie brought a friend around with her, yet again another lovely evening with friends, of course it all started to go downhill when I mentioned the death of Larry LaPrise,
With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went unnoticed a few years ago. Larry LaPrise, the man that wrote 'The Hokie Cokey' died peacefully at the age of 93 (83 depending on your source). The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in.... And then the trouble started. "Cheers!"
