that Aloe's flower,
whilst at Nick and Maureen's we noticed one of theirs had put up a flower spike, although difficult to see today I noticed one of our miniature Aloe's is also flowering,
on to Sunday lunch, we started with a sweetcorn and chicken soup,
which was interrupted with lots of rain,
and crashes of thunder which even made the fish jump,
then on to our main course, spaghetti, chicken in a cream sauce and fried thin cut potatoes for Diana,
whilst for myself a lamb chop, sausage in a blanket, with vegetables and Yorkshire puddings, a great Sunday lunch,
'Cheers!',
the fish love our Sundays at home, this one is a Tinfoil barb (Barbus schwanenfeldii) a native of Thailand, they receive a couple of extra feeds when we watch them watching us watching them, or is it the other way around?
Diana made a huge creme caramel,
which as you might expect was delicious, we spent the rest of the afternoon listen to music, in the evening a Poirot, a couple from Columbo and we were then off to bed.
