so we are out for Sunday lunch,
glad rags on and we are off,
to Soi Diana to meet up with Slim Jim at the Robin's Nest, we luckily missed the rain on our way into town,
Mr. Tony was not with us today, a quick look at the carvery,
which the three of us decided on,
Yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes, it must be Sunday!
two of the ladies behind the bar sharing a joke,
lots of gravy for Diana,
and a soup starter for Slim Jim,
followed by an included in the price ice cream,
a scoop of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry for each of us,
both Diana and myself ordered a coffee to round off the meal,
which was a work of art in itself,
I chose a latte,
which was delicious,
after saying our goodbyes to Slim Jim we made our way back to the motorcycle taxi rank on Soi Lengkee, past some of the food stalls,
and the watch repair/key cutting stall where I had the battery on my watch replaced a few days ago,
there seemed to be more stalls here than ever,
offering so many different items,
I often wonder if the shop owner the stalls have set up in front of actually receive some sort of rent from the stalls, they certainly block the view of the goods in the shops behind them,
we crossed Soi Bukaow,
and headed into Soi Lengkee,
which seemed to have these huge trucks going up it every few minutes or so,
there is obviously some major building work going on here somewhere,
a last look over our shoulder at Soi Diana then we were on our motorcycle taxis for the journey home,
