the Mercedes-Benz 2015 S-class coupe is a cool looking car,
in the go department it has an aluminium, 4.6-liter biturbo V-8 engine with high-pressure Direct Injection giving an output of 449 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque,
in the getting noticed department it has full-LED headlamps with integrated LED Daytime Running Lights, but I guess the designers at Mercedes-Benz must have like the look of a crystal covered Mercedes-Benz we featured on the blog some time ago, as they too have decided to go the crystal route, putting 47 Swarovski crystals on each side of the high-performance LED headlights, breaking down into 30 specially cut crystals that make up the turn signal indicators; a further 17 crystals form the daytime running lights, according to Mercedes-Benz, when in use the crystal elements appear to glow and waver in a manner resembling flickering flames, while the effect doesn't noticeably improve the intensity of the headlights themselves, onlookers who observe an approaching S-class coupe will perceive a 'look of luxury', as well they should, considering the new S-class coupe is to be priced from £97,438 to £179,890 (at today's rate $156,850 to $289,580), I wonder how much to change a light bulb?
