First Thing,

we were off to the veterinary surgery,

for a couple of injections for Mariana, who is much improved and we have found that she really likes the gourmet cat food we bought for her,

in the surgery there is a notice board offering kittens and puppies for sale as well as a lost and found section, so for anyone wanting to buy a kitten here is one for sale,

it is a sphynx, a breed of cat which is hairless, well looks hairless, they have in fact soft down-like hair, in case this breed looks familiar you may have seen one in the film Austin Powers Goldmember, Mr. Bigglesworth, (Ted Nudegent), was specially trained for the films, sitting still for up to 45 minutes at a time while actors screamed and actor Mike Myers petted him. "It helped that he had been a show cat and was used to having lots of people around," animal trainer Tammy Maples told The Daily News. "And also that he just loved Mike Myers, Mike always took time to talk to Ted. It wasn't just 'sit down, roll cameras.'" And when the filmmakers needed a Bigglesworth kitten for The Spy Who Shagged Me, they used Mel Gibskin. Later, as a grown cat, Mel served as Ted's double, and here is the clip,

'Look what you've done to Mr Bigglesworth!!!!', anyway a good home wanted,

after dropping off Mariana and picking up Diana we called back to Friendship to buy some more tinned food for Mariana,

and stopped for a take home ice coffee and tea on the way home,

in the evening it was glad rags on,

and we were out for a meal to Cherry's, it is on Third Road opposite the site that once was the X-Cite disco, and this evening on the site a fair,

unfortunately there was a hoarding in the way of the fair,

we were joined this evening by Mr. Tony,

as there were not many customers yet I took a few pictures, the salad bar,

 and a couple of,

the starters on offer,

 the sign says it all,

 a choice of soups,

18 or so covered heated dishes,

 pizza station,

 and carvery,

 on to the desserts,

 lots of them,

 and fresh fruit,

 then it was eyes down,

 and tuck in,

 sushi for Diana,

 'Cheers!', from me,

 with my selection of starters,

on to the main courses, spaghetti bolognese for Diana, fish for Mr. Tony,

and a slice of beef, pork, lamb and a couple of pieces of chicken for myself,

Diana still felt a little peckish, so she choose this next, we than had desserts, and chatted the night away, Mr. Tony kindly dropped us off home, after saying our farewells we settled down to a few from 3rd Rock From The Sun and with that we were off to bed.
