Spanning Some 20 Feet Long,

10 layered glass blocks,

contain thousands of pictures taken from magazines and books,

they are arranged between layers of glass,

to give a 3 dimensional view,

they are the work of Dustin Yellin, who uses the series of blocks to illustrate the story of war and peril,

as the last block in the series cascades into the sea, the piece is titled Ten Parts, is part of a solo exhibition of Yellin’s work by the same name at GRIMM Gallery in Amsterdam which opens this Friday, November 25, and runs through January 7, 2017, what a huge task to assemble all of those images and sandwich them between glass, amazing!
