that Diana had made of her and her families trip to Boracay earlier this year,
it was so nice to see everyone enjoying themselves,
as we were leaving for lunch I notice a flower on one of the cactus,
well two groups of flowers,
a smaller cluster at the rear,
and this one at the front,
we were off to The Robin's Nest, on Soi Diana, we had arranged to meet Mr. Tony and Slim Jim there,
the 299 baht all you can eat carvery appealed to Mr. Tony and myself,
but for Diana,
a rack of ribs,
and for Slim Jim,
fried potato wedges, cheese & bacon, accompanied by a salad,
the carvery for Mr. Tony and myself,
the soup today red lentil,
for dessert chocolate ice cream,
for Diana,
a chocolate nut sundae for Slim Jim,
and for Mr. Tony,
apple crumble with ice cream and custard,
3 flavours of ice cream for myself,
followed by a latte coffee,
after saying our farewells to Slim Jim we made a move for home,
Mr. Tony kindly gave us a lift home,
he had parked in Soi LK Metro,
turning round we headed up Soi Lengkee,
and into Third Road,
arriving home it was feet up for two episodes of The Grand Tour (2016), the first was excellent, but the second a bit of a disappointment, but there it is, we said our goodbyes and thanked Mr. Tony for the ride, latter in the evening we started watching a three part documentary series, Crossrail, titled The Fifteen Billion Pound Railway, the first was so good we watched the other two, the facts were mind boggling, 10,000 workers underground boring their way across and under London and the River Thames and so many more, so off to bed at 01.00
in the morning when the last in the series had finished.
