on Wednesday,
the plan was to be home before the rush hour, it sounds silly but a journey of just over 2 hours can be doubled hitting traffic in Croydon and Selsdon,
as it happened Diana slept most of the way, the round trip was 240 miles, we averaged 54 MPH and used fuel at the rate of 52 MPG, arriving home I had a lazy day, Diana was meeting Wilma in London for a girls day out window shopping, whilst I tried to catch up with the blog, in the evening when Diana returned we watched a couple of Midsomer Murders and a New Tricks, then for us we were off to bed.
