Breakfast On Jomtien,

well early lunch! we just drove a little way along Jomtien to Soi 1, stopping at the Sunlight Seafood restaurant just on the corner,

quite nicely laid out, with a bar and air-conditioned area at the rear,

it was clean out day for the aquariums, the view across the road from our table,

towards Sattahip,

and Pattaya,

smiles all round,

prawn salad for me, club sandwich for Diana, both of which were excellent, total was 290 including soda and water,

how strange 1982, the first year I came to Thailand, there have been more than a few changes since then!

I spent most of the afternoon looking at buying some DVD's, but as the evening wore on Diana got into cooking mode, fish and chips, yummy!

Diana used beer to mix in with the dry batter this time, it gave the batter a better flavour and made it a little more crispy,

with salt and Sarson's vinegar-perfect!

Mark called round for a cup of tea and a chat, whilst he was here Joe called in with Nan, his personal assistant and Usa, his sales manger, his corporate magic shows are going from strength to strength, Tuesday is going to be a quite day, but I will charge the battery on the truck up as later I am picking up a LCD TV for Phil, after that a quite day and evening, feet up, watch TV!
