Worthing, The Caring Council,
decided to show it's true self,
when Sarah Sear, 63, lost her beloved pet she like so many other caring pet owners, put 20 signs asking for information about her lost pet on near by tress and lamp posts, in the UK it is a common sight and one has to sympathise with the loss that the owner's family goes through, but not Worthing Borough Council, Sarah's phone rang, hoping it was news of her pet she listen, but no, it was the council warning her that she will be fined £75 for "fly posting"
a council spokesman said: 'The council has every sympathy for the lady and understands that she is obviously distressed, 'Our employee wasn't seeking to be a " jobsworth" but just to ask her to reduce the number of posters she has displayed in the area.' so 20 posters are to many would 10 be OK? still waiting to hear the reply to that one!
