fiber wrapped exhaust as well, first time I have seen this in Thailand, in the UK I have seen it on dragsters and on other high performance cars and bikes,
then on to the market,
flowers as usual in abundance,
and what the girls were after dresses for Saturdays big event, remember no 388 for the next 2 weeks,
the girls back from shopping as Mick and myself had a well deserved ice coffee,
all to soon it was off to the market on Theprisit,
we watched the helicopter guy make flying a helicopter child's play, the problem being I am no longer a child!
shoes only 99 baht, but not my size or colour,
the bar-b-q just getting warmed up for the evenings trade,
bugs, Diana's favorite,
whilst having a beer Jay and Precil arrived,
Mike and Riza were also there, so it was back to 388 for food and drinks,
then on to the serious stuff Made In Britain, Fred this time takes his traction engine around the country to show it to all of the people that helped him make it and supplied raw materials or finished goods for it, so many artisans making things from a bygone age, the program was tinged with a little sadness, at the beginning of this epic journey Fred already knew he was losing his fight against cancer, this was to be his last trip in his beloved engine,
then on to The Third Man, a great movie in my book I always get the Zither mixed up with a instrument called a hammered dulcimer, many years ago in the 50's a guy down the street in Plumstead made his living by playing one, if you want to hear what a dulcimer sounds like listen to Dizzy here, or visit her web page.
