A Few Friends Called Round On Wednesday,

so the kettle was going all day for cups of tea,
first Mr. Tony called for a couple of hours, then Mick and Mass called in to say hi,
then Phil arrived, we both have a love for steam trains but he is more interested in the larger gauges, but we still went upstairs to have a chat about how mine was coming on, also Phil brought over some more DVD's that I had bought in the UK, it is surprising how cheap they are in the UK, even compared to the fake ones over here,
they are all boxed sets, so many hours of viewing here, then all to soon it was time to go out on the town,
a quite Walking Street,
we both had steaks in the Bier Kitchen,
I keep meaning to pop into the P72 restaurant along the road, but Diana likes the steak and mushrooms to much in the Bier Kitchen,
then it was along to Dang's bar on the corner of Soi Diamond and Walking Street,
we were soon joined by Vic and his girlfriend Dan,
also John was here on one of his quarterly trips,
"Cheers!" from us,
Mark called in as well,
Vic like me likes taking photographs,
about 10 in the evening we made a move to Champions where the drinks flowed freely, then off home, but on the way we stopped off at a new bar which is next to Marine Pool, called Top 10 Bar,
it is in the Soi that turns right just after you go past Coyotes, look for this sign and it is next door,
it has only just opened,
all brand new and sparkling,
the downside is that although the music was not to loud it is a bit out of the way, whilst sitting watching the road lots of people going past on motorbike taxis, but of course the people on them are already on their way home, but hopefully the next time they will stop off to check this bar out, but for us after a nightcap or two home to bed.

You have your finger on the pulse in relation to restaurants in town. I enjoy the Bier Kitchen also.
