Happy Birthday To Joe!

so it was up to Bangkok for the party,

halfway there and a stop for coffee,

then to the Dream 2 hotel,

very up market, but then that is Joe for you!

nice rooms as you would expect, view from the 8th floor,

and a nice roof garden next door,

a time to relax before the off,

so whilst the girls get themselves ready we went across the road to Dream 1,

through the lounge,

with lots of decorations,

and up to the 2nd floor for the restaurant,

and bar,

the nameless one does not want to be recognized, national security you see!

by now the party was getting into top gear,

and then David, the laughhing, jumping, get up and dance DJ arrived,

dancers take to the floor,

but Mass and Diana are a bit shy to dance,

meanwhile Mick is being interviewed by David,

then Mass has a dance,

and is joined by David,

and then everybody is dancing,

and Joe takes to the floor as well,

well it was a pool side party, so the enevitable had to happen, first Joe's wife Jeap went for a dip,

followed by Joey, who was glad he wore his waterproof watch! shame the same could not be said about his phone,

then it was the ladies turn, from now on it was more difficult to keep people out of the pool!

Joe put up token resistance,

but he had to go in the end,

as did Mick,

Tom decided to give Joey another helping hand!

and a wet Mass as well,

and of course me!

a wet "Cheers!" from me,

then downstairs to change into dry clothes for the party to continue,

Jeap and friends, all to soon the party was over, a merry time was had by all, happy birthday to Joe and many thanks from all of us,

I have never seen one of these before in a lift, we got into the lift, pressed the button but after some time nothing had happened, you have to put your key card into it to ativate the lift, D'Oh!

next morning (Sunday) over to Dream 1 for a huge breakfast, first class, but that is why the post is late today as this morning we were still in Bangkok, hopefully tomorrow I will be back to normal!

we then called into the Silver Dollar for a late lunch, food was great, but a 40 minuet wait for the food was not so good,

it was then back to Pattaya, a thoughly enjoyable evening,
