we decided to stay in today,
which of course means are no photographs, but on the good side my new voice recognition program that Mark so kindly bought for my birthday has taken the minimum of effort to set up, in fact in less than four minutes of repeating phrases that were prompted by the programme it now types for me almost as fast as I can speak, think of the time I could have saved if I had this program when we first started posting daily blogs!
but onto this evening we had watched the film Battleship on the big screen in Central Festival, the special effects were more than superb so we bought a Blu-ray disk of it, great fun to watch, getting the USS Missouri up to steam in less than two minutes and making it fully operational was really stretching the truth a bit too far, but as I said it was great fun,

after total fantasy we then came to cold hard facts when we watched the last of series 10 Silent Witness, titled Schism, it tells the story of a raid by animal activists on a research establishment that went disastrously wrong and the consequences to all concerned,
we enjoy that episode so much we decided to watch the first of series 11, titled Apocalypse, but as it was by now so late we only watched the first half, so we are looking forward to the second half tomorrow, but now for us we were off to bed.
