You May Have Noticed That Recently We Often Have A Barbecue,

the one we have was very kindly given to us by Mark,

the size of it suits us perfectly, but if I wanted to indulge myself with a bigger barbecue and my hobby of steam trains this could be the one to go for,

Ryazan Deulino's amazing 4-ton locomotive barbecue pit has three bays and a brick-lined furnace, some of the controls in the cab are functional, the locomotive has three working bays, two (up to 60 cm) in the main body and one in the trailer, everything inside the furnace is lined with refractory fireclay brick,

the first compartment is designed for cooking kebabs, on the bottom of the furnace there as been installed metal kebab holders, which can hold up to twenty skewers, the second compartment is provided with a mechanism for rotating a large spit - roasting chicken grill and large pieces of meat, the mechanism is operated from the cabin through a "steering wheel", the stove-trailer provides even greater opportunities for culinary creativity, it is used for a frying pan, iron pots and pans, and removing the top metal cover use a wok or large kettle, I wonder how long it takes to get a head of steam?
