Saturday,

so aquarium maintenance today,

 I drained away about 30% of the water in both aquariums,

 which made the tiger barbs a bit lively,

 and one of the yabbies came out of it's burrow to have a look-see,

 it was just a case of turn on the tap to refill that aquarium,

 but this one is not plumbed in, so it has to be filled with me holding a hose,

 the day just flew past, it was soon time for our candle lit evening bar-b-q, mussels for starters,

 followed by garlic bread,

looking at the bonnet of our truck I noticed it had a visitor,

 a small lizard was moon-bathing,

 time to lite the barby, lots of smoke as usual,

 then sparks filled the air,

 but they soon disappeared,

 tonight we were having bangers,

 by now the flames had died down,

 so on they went,

and to go with them mashed potatoes and fried onions,

 'Cheers!', we spent the evening listening to music, then as the midnight hour approached we went inside and for us we were off to bed.
