meanwhile Thannet is cutting the legs,
final check for size then the base is welded,
and here is the finished painted water tank stand,
water comes in to both tanks via a single stopcock and is then pumped to the house, the tanks are connected, also whilst Thannet was here we had a transformer in the living room lights replaced along with a water hose in the bathroom and new motion detectors fitted for the outside halogen lamps, all in all 22,000 baht, a bit expensive I thought but all of the jobs around the house were done, now hopefully we will not run out of water again!
a quick picture of our new fish, all of them have settled in with no casualties so far,
Joe then called round to pick us up for a carvery at Jameson's, the rear entrance from the car park,
we went for the all you can eat carvery at 395 a head, Diana at the starter/salad bar,
then for the main course,
turkey, beef, pork, lamb and gammon, very generous portions indeed,
'Cheers!' from us,
and Joe as well,
as we arrived home our neighbour called us over, she had bought me a early birthday present, my favorite tipple, which was exceedingly nice of her, shortly after Mike and Riza called in to say Hi! so we caught up with all that was happening whilst having a game or two of crib, then all too soon it was time to say bye and of to bed.
