cooking and preparing food for Amber's party,
Diana helped as well,
but for us it was off to B & Q to buy a gazebo,
but they did not have any, the good news is that we bought one at Camping International, sounds like the name of a Carry On movie!
naturally when it came to putting it up it was exit Duncan stage left,
Merlina had prepared a mountain of food,
Diana was still helping there as well as putting the gazebo up,
finished, now Duncan does what he does best,
as any one who has been to one of his bar-b-q's will tell you he has the same recipe, light the gas and turn all burners to their highest setting, throw all of the meat on and walk away,
then some one like myself,
or Alan will then turn the gas down and try to cook rather than incinerate the food, that is coming from me who can not boil an egg!
Theresa, Alan's wife and Diana,
another 'Ah!', moment,
James and Amber on the trampoline,
well we are alright then, bar-b-q, gazebo and beer what more could we want?
Holly and Melody,
Merlina, Holly and Melody,
Holly, Melody, Amber, Jade and Merlina,
Amber, Chanel and Melody,
Holly and Jack settle down to try the bar-b-q,
and it is birthday cake time,
all of the cards are read out,
another guest arrives,
and then it is open presents time,
the excitement of it all,
it was a kitten that when stroked purred,
what happens when several Filipinos are in the same room in party mode? out comes the karaoke,
and out go the guys,
I brought shorts, well it was supposed to be summer,
Bruce who was also at the party arrived at the Spyglass,
then on to the Cricketers,
back at Duncan's the ladies had all retired for the evening,
now here is a universal truth to Dad's, do not fall asleep whilst the youngest is still in play mode!
next morning we were up bright and early and soon in Bromley to the Glades shopping center,
