Sunday,

a lazy Day,

 no exercises for me today, just watch the fish as Diana prepares our Sunday lunch,

 they look forward to the day as much as we do, as during the course of the meal they receive lots of cooked peas which they love,

 and on to our Sunday roast,

 today Diana chose duck breasts with a pig in a blanket, and a selection of vegetables,

 followed by an apple, rhubarb and sultana shortbread covered pie with just a hint of cinnamon, served with lots of custard, 

delicious,

 we spent the rest of the afternoon and early evening listening to music, then the first of two films, X-Men Origins Wolverine, another enjoyable episode from the X-Men series, who will we see featured next?

then a real epic, just like they used to make in the 1950s and 60s, Exodus Gods And Kings, we thought it was brilliant, but it only received average reviews, for me it was the Ben Hur of the decade, but what do I know, a great film to round off the evening, with that we were off to bed.
