I am Not Sure That Legislators In Swaziland Have Thought This One Through,

when they decided to fine witches flying above 150 meters,

and if they do, they are subject to arrest and a fine of R500 000 ($55,000 USD), in a country that takes witchcraft seriously, for instance during a trial for a Mambane man's murder of his aunt, (Judgement has been reserved until May 31, 2013), he used his family's belief in witchcraft as a defence, he said he saw a black robe in her house and had to kill her because she was a witch, I would have thought any official would be very reluctant to fine a high flying witch when she landed, because of the curse that she would put on him and his family, but the good news is that witches flying under 150 meters are still free to do so and will not be finned.
