On Our Way Out,

we noticed one of the cactus had flowered,

it is just a shame that when most of them flower it only lasts for one day, but there it is,

I wanted to go to the bank as I made my way past the side of TukCom,

meanwhile Diana went to the market to but some vegetables for tonight's beef stew,

we both meet up outside in the Gafae coffee shop for a ice coffee each,

as we watched the sellers walk past,

later in the afternoon we called into the clinic on Thepprasit Road to have my dressings changed,

then on to the weekend market,

looking towards Jomtien the skies very overcast,

 the same looking inland,

opposite the bar this evening one of the companies that specialise in wedding photographs and one selling covers for mobile telephones,

 past the fresh fruit stall,

 to the first,

and second of the quite crowded food aisle,

since last week some rain drains have been installed,

what was the front of the pet section has now become a motorcycle park,

and what was the rear of the pet section,

has now become the front, if you see what I mean,

including the aquatic outlet at the end of the row,

although it has moved one stall along, a storm drain behind it, also you can see how much concrete has been added to raise the now new floor,

 sunset over the market,

a few new stalls have now opened and taken up much of the what was for a few weeks open spaces,

I made my way past the wedding photographers,

to the bar, looking inland I thought we might be in for a wet ride home,

this evening we were joined by Lek and Cher,

along with Jim and Brian, we chatted the evening away then after saying our goodbyes made a move for home, thankfully it did not rain,

arriving home a glass of medicinal red wine,

and a bowl of delicious beef stew with dumplings, just what the doctor ordered!

we only watched one film in the evening, Night at the Museum, Secret of the Tomb, great fun all-round if you like the concept of a museum's exhibits coming alive at night, basically a kids movie which for us was entertaining, so many critics seem to take it so seriously but remember it was made for kids, not for the adult hangers on! with a chuckle at the ending love scene we were off to bed.
