Fungus, Toadstools And Slime,

are the photographic diet,



 who is an avid photographer and retired environmental consultant,

 and walks in northern California,

 who photographs phenotypes of mushrooms and slime molds she encounters on hikes,

 Recently, the north Bay Area-based photographer shared with the Marin Independent Journal

 that she has had a longtime interest in hiking and mushrooming, but has grown more focused on fungi photography in the last two years,

 her photographs, all of which in this post she took herself,

 just goes to show what mini treasures many of us would walk past,
