Blog Posted,

and I was out,

to pick up Kai, today was Steve's 69th birthday, also the day that we were putting Steve's ashes in the family grave, from left to right Liz, Mike, Kai, Jeremy, Kathy, myself and Clair, it was a solemn occasion as you might guess, it still seems almost unbelievable that Steve is not with us, the vicar conducted the service impeccably, after which we went back to Kai's home where Kai had prepared a huge meal for us all, after saying our farewells I made a move for home, Diana by now was at work, I played with a few photographs,

this one from one of our days in Vietnam, after playing with them,

it was time for my evening read and sherry,

my meal for tonight was liver & bacon,

'Cheers!', after which looking at the Saturday evening's entertainment on the television I decided on a The Borgias fest, as I mentioned it is set from 1492, the year Rodrigo Borgia becomes Pope Alexander VI the series takes you through period of the late 15th and early 16th centuries in Italy, I watched episode after episode until Diana returned from work, it was then time for a coffee and a chat as well as one from the It Ain't Half Hot Mum box set before we were off to bed.
