How To Save £18 million Of Public Money A Year,

send window cleaners on a 240-mile round trip to clean windows for a one-hour job, or send a contractor from Liverpool on a 130 mile trip to Cardiff to replace one carpet tile, yes that's the way to save public money, well it is according to the Ministry of Justice who defended the deals, claiming they had saved £18million, it appears for some reason officials in Powys, Mid Wales are barred from using local cleaners and were forced to send for ones from Manchester, I wonder why they were barred?

the latest examples of daft deals were revealed by probation union Napo, which claimed £15million has been wasted in six years, it is nice to know that the Ministry of Justice looks after our money so well in theses times of hardship!
