then to the shrimp stall,
mixtures of peppers and spices are placed in a plastic bag,
a little of this and a little of that with some fluid, why the fluid I hear you ask?
I should have mentioned the shrimps are live,
a small hand full in each bag,
and there they are ready to go, marinating in spices as we speak,
next some dried fish,
rice and Thai spaghetti next,
then pick up the poc-poc, normally later in the afternoon these stalls would all be filed,
all set for home and on to Jay's,
a quick bike wash as we returned home, due to a downpour this morning the market was a bit muddy,
it looks like Diana's sunflowers are about to flower,
but they are not as tall as the ones we saw at the plant and produce show,
in and out of the Secrets taxi, we arrive at Jay's house,
Diana and Precil make a start in the kitchen,
Micky and Tee were also here,
those shrimps were just to good, by now thoroughly marinaded!
