First Thing A couple Of Friends Called Round,

Nick and Maureen,
not to mention Ta-Taa, we chatted the day away,
then it was time for the Friday night market on Thepprisit Road,
for this week opposite the bar a couple of mobile stalls were selling Walls orange ice lollies,
also there were for no apparent reason, a huge number of policemen, there were about 15 or 20 of them, I thought they were going to close the road as a V.I.P. might be coming to town, but after looking around the market for a few minuets they all left,
the food stall section of the market was busy as usual,
by now it was getting dark, also the sales team were really getting into the swing of things,
Diana returned with lots of fresh fruit and a couple of new tops,
we also bumped into young Valentine and dad Barry,
we then watched some more of Schama's History of Britain, this time we watched three episodes a summary of each can be seen here, The body of the Queen, The British wars and Revolutions, as I have mentioned before, if only my history master could have made the subject this interesting, I would have gone for history rather than geography,
then another from the Bond box, not many left now! this time Licence to Kill, James leaves Her Majesty's Secret Service to stop an evil drug lord and avenge his best friend, Felix Leiter in one of the more violent of the Bond movies, then Triangle at Rhodes, Just as his holiday on the island of Rhodes is coming to an end, Hercule Poirot finds himself investigating a murder when one of the hotel guests, Valentine Chantry, is poisoned in the bar, this must be a first for me, I actually figured out who did it! next Problem at Sea, if I had serious money the boat featured here is the one I would like, it is just so right, the fact is I could not afford to even fill it with fuel! but to the plot, while on a Mediterranean cruise, Poirot is asked to investigate the murder of one of the passengers, Mrs. Clapperton who is found stabbed in the chest in her stateroom, then off to bed.
