Straight On To Today's Post,

you may remember the truck has developed a misfire,

so I hope to be able to limp it over to Nissan as they open, but back to today, Sunday again,

so we are off to the Beefeater,

 their card,

and map, it is on Soi Diana Inn which runs from Soi Bukaow to Second Road, it is at the Second Road end,

on Saturday and Sundays they have an all you can eat Mexican buffet,

there is so much to chose from, but the price has risen,

to 295 baht a head, which is still very reasonable,

a small starter for all of us,

'Cheers!' from me,

then on to our main courses,

decisions, decisions,

I settled on a plate of chili-con-carne,

after a break it was dessert time,

a chocolate mousse for Diana,

a banana split for myself,

Dianas' dessert was served with a portion of ice cream included,

and nice it looked too,

as we were almost alone in the restaurant Diana said I should finish the chocolate sauce that accompanied my dessert, I should have known it was a trap as Diana had the camera!

so back to using a spoon!

to finish the meal I had a latte coffee,

whilst Mr. Tony had a double strength espresso, followed by a normal coffee,

the latte was delicious, as was the rest of the food,

we then made our was home, past the outside seating area of the Beefeater,

then feet up for a few Sunday late afternoon/evening films, first Big Fish a real feel good story, it revolves around a dying father and his son, who is trying to learn more about his dad by piecing together the stories he has gathered over the years, a great movie,

which was more than could be said of The Fisher King, although starting out well it was for all of us a total waste of a disc, a madman carries out a massacre in a popular New York bar, after hearing the popular DJ Jack Lucas rail against Yuppies just about sets the scene, to be honest it was a load of pretentious nonsense, a film that the lovies and critics will gush over, but for us a total waste of time to put it mildly,

unlike Needful Things which we all enjoyed, we had watched it before, this is what I wrote at the time, 'I had read this book by Stephen King many years ago, again starring Ed Harris, what more could a film need? great story, the film got a little muddled in the middle, but it still gets my vote, basically the devil comes to town and sells the inhabitants things that they think they need for a small cash price and a big moral favour, the townsfolk turn on each other by playing more and more serious pranks on each other with a third party taking the blame, then chaos reigns' with the end of the film we said our goodbyes to Mr. Tony, then for us we were off to bed.

Hi Stan & Diana, I'm just enjoying a few weeks in Pattaya (dodging the traffic and the rain!) ..

Have you seen the latest JB film, Skyfall yet? (I know you are both big 007 fans) .. I saw on Friday at Festival Plaza, as they are showing in English with Thai subtitles. I tried Big C first, but surprisingly they were only showing the movie in dubbed Thai.

It is a tremendous movie, one of the best Bond movies in my opinion.

btw, Big Fish & Fisher King are two fantastic movies - love them both.

Dear Mocha Joe, you must be a mind reader! we are off to watch it today, then a romantic dinner for two after the film and it is Central festival we are going to, I have to agree about Big Fish, but we all did not get Fisher King at all, but it is just as well we are all different, if you fancy a beer all being well we will be at the market on Friday, best regards, Stan and Diana.

Having low self-esteem can also result from other issues not directly related to sexual performance.
The disease in its advanced stages reduces mobility because of
the chronic pain it causes. If the fear instinct becomes
attached to something that in reality is not threatening you, anxiety will result.
