Day 20

it is a sad day,

Steve and Kai's last day here, the girls wanted to eat at the market, so we went to Kilkenny,

in Soi LK Metro,

it was so quiet,

a full breakfast for Steve, I had a egg and ham sandwich, Steve and Kai spent the day packing,

 but in the evening it was glad rags on,

we were off to the Hilton for a meal,

so a quick pose in the hallway leading to the restaurant,

Kai,

strikes the pose,

and the ladies that welcome us,

both Steve and myself decided on the free flow wine,

before we started eating I had a quick look around,

to see what was on offer,

the meal is a Friday night seafood buffet in the Edge,

lots of seafood as you might expect,

but there are so many other things to tempt you,

like these individual pots of salmon,

plenty of cheese,

and I know Diana will be visiting this counter more than once!

there are of course lots of side dishes,

and salads to choose from,

and then there are the desserts,

just so many of them,

almost too many to count,

and so many different types,

plus a nice selection of fruits,

and the light and dark chocolate fountains,

'Cheers!',

from both of us,

first starter for Kai,

a top up of bubbly for Steve and myself,

salmon for Kai, rock lobsters and sea bass in a leaf for Diana,

and a few small prawns for myself,

with some fresh salmon,

tiger prawns for Kai, rock lobsters and pizza for Diana,

Thai food for Kai,

Steve could not resist the chocolate fountain,

on to the desserts,

a little more bubbly,

just what the doctor ordered,

to round the meal off,

coffees all round,

up the escalators,

to the lift,

along the hallway,

a quick pose and off we go,

then just a few hours later at 03.00 in the morning, Steve and Kai are homeward bound, it has been such a pleasure having them here, with them leaving I went back to bed for a few hours sleep as the bugmen will be here in a few hours time, safe trip to you both.
